This was a new construction build so we had a lot of fun getting to be creative with our tile and finishes selections. One side our client was going to live in and the other was a rental income property for her.   

She loved the finishes on both sides and had a hard time deciding which unit she was going to live in and which one she would rent.  Which side would you have picked?
